Made in our workshops according to the traditions of French luxury, each piece is the fruit of meticulous craftsmanship and attention to the smallest detail. Our leathers are of the highest quality, offering impeccable wear.

At Sabatier 1947, leather is always “full grain”, with the top layer intact and untouched.
The grain guarantees the leather’s resistance and ability to age well, but it also bears the natural characteristics of its grain: wrinkles, veins and pores.
Far from being imperfections, these nuances indicate the great “transparency” of the hide, a guarantee of its durability.

A few steps can be taken to maintain the original appearance:
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct light or heat, and keep away from water, greasy substances, perfumes, and cosmetics.
• Use caution with dark or new clothing, as the dye may bleed.
• If the leather becomes wet, absorb excess liquid by dabbing gently with a soft cloth. Allow to dry at room temperature.
• There is no need to apply a maintenance cream.
• Store it in its dust bag.
